The HBF is aware of a number of skills and recruitment challenges currently facing the house building industry as it seeks to respond to demand. HBF is working actively with CITB Construction Skills, the Housing Forum and other organisations to promote career opportunities in home building and training designed to meet the needs of today's industry.
