The annual HBF Policy Conference will focus on key issues facing the house building industry in 2012.
The launch of the government’s Housing Strategy, the publication of the National Planning Policy Framework and the enactment of the Localism Bill will all significantly affect those involved in the business of providing new homes.
This year’s conference will look at the detail of the Government’s plans, incentives and initiatives and their implications for the industry.
Housing minister Grant Shapps has been invited to speak, and he will be joined by, among others, Sir John Harman, Chairman of the Local Housing Delivery Steering Group, Homes and Communities Agency CEO Pat Ritchie and the Director General of the Council of Mortgage Lenders Paul Smee.
