Housing minister Mark Prisk will address the industry at the annual HBF Policy Conference which will focus on the key issues facing the housebuilding industry in 2013. CBI director general John Cridland and Homes and Communities Agency chairman Robert Napier will also feature on a powerful and influential line up of key industry speakers.
