Diversity and Inclusion meeting
In May 2018, the inaugural meeting of HBF’s Diversity and Inclusion Group took place. The Group was established following recognition by HBF and the Home Building Skills Partnership that there is a need across the industry to develop a more diverse and inclusive workforce. Over the coming months, the Group will be focused on devising strategies and policies for members to support in order to promote diversity and inclusivity in their businesses.
