The Careers, Skills and Training Committee is HBF’s national forum for members to discuss skills policy issues and to exchange views on matters of current interest for the industry in this field. The Committee helps to develop HBF policy on skills issues and responses to government and other consultations. It is also a forum at which members can meet the Construction Industry Training Board and other key stakeholders at national level to discuss how their work can assist the industry in improving careers, skills and training outcomes.”
