Key to any successful development is the smooth and timely delivery of highway infrastructure. The group meets periodically to discuss and attempt to solve the many challenges with highway delivery and successfully commencing a new development. By virtue of this process there is significant third party engagement with Highway Authorities and the public sector in particular in relation to bonds, inspection fees, performance timescales and commuted sums and seeks to share best practice and efficient rationale in achieving its objective. The group is made up of both developer members as well as pro-active highway authority representatives.
