VENTMISER is a patented eco friendly control device designed to save energy and reduce carbon emissions by precisely controlling ventilation fans and systems.

By sensing the current and/or temperature of moisture and odour producing appliances in kitchens, bathrooms, shower and other wet rooms, VENTMISER automates ventilation fans and systems by turning an extract fan on or taking a system to boost when required. . The unit is suitable for use in dwellings and commercial premises such as hotels.

The unit incorporates a push button override input to allow a manual boost to remove odours apart from cooking.

The unit offers a “one box”, fit and forget solution for ventilation fans and systems avoiding the need of more expensive BMS (Building Management Systems).

ENERGYCATCHER delivers FREE domestic hot water by recycling presently wasted domestic gas boiler exhaust fumes, resulting in substantial quantities of literally FREE domestic hot water.

In most cases, SEDBUK Band ‘A’ condensing boilers operate with an average flue temperature of around 60OC. These flue gases are fed into ENERGYCATCHER where they flow over a heat exchanger transferring the heat of the flue gases into the domestic hot water circuit. This heat, now in the water moves under convection (mains pressure or a pump) into a thermal storage tank. The exhaust gases, now considerably cooler, then vent to atmosphere
