Innovate for Homes Home Builders Federation

Innovate For Homes was set up in January 2007 by the Home Builders Federation and the Construction Products Association for the benefit of home builders and product suppliers and indeed the new home buying public.

The initiative allows suppliers to submit their innovative products for trial by some of the UK’s leading home builders.

If you are a supplier you will need to follow a few steps to enter your product:

Step One:

Download the submission form

Step Two:

Fill out the form and email to either:

Innovate for homes or Construction Products Association

Step Three:

Entries will be reviewed at three stages throughout the year

Selected products will then be forwarded to the house builder panel for consideration.

Suppliers will be informed of whether their product has been forwarded to the panel.

Step Four:

Successful entries are invited to present a the panel of UK leading house builders (insert link), where the product may be accepted, by one or more builders, for on site trial.

Each presentation is allocated 30 minutes to present and answer questions/feedback comments.
