HBF Response to current Water and Marine Challenge

Please find below the Home Builders Federation’s submission to the current Water and Marine Challenge.

Our submission comprises two documents:

• A note identifying and analysing concerns we have with current water regulation, together with our recommended solutions, and;
  
  
• A copy of a recent letter from our Executive Chairman, Stewart Baseley, to Richard Benyon setting out the serious concerns we have about the proposals for new regulations on private sewers and SuDS under the Flood and Water Management Act 2010.
