Home Building Skills Partnership Assistant/Site Manager Contextualised Training Modules

As part of our drive to improve skills and build quality across the home building sector, we are developing minimum level training standards for a range of roles that can be used by HR and Talent Management teams, starting with Assistant / Site Manager. Download here.

The aim is to have an industry recognised competency level that is both robust and transferable.

We have now developed a range of CITB funded contextualised short training courses to fill individual gaps in these standards, and help site managers build their competency, initially supported by training providers NHBC and Hamilton Deed. Starting in January 2018, and running to the end of May (there will be more options available post May), these are available to book now.

Choose from over 130 training options across England and Scotland, which range from 1-5 days in duration.

The full list of Assistant / Site Manager training courses for 2018 is available to download here. (XLSX, PDF)

Important: course delegates MUST be either from a home building company or a member of its sub contractor supply chain. In the case of the latter, you will be expected to provide evidence in electronic format of who you work with and what recent / current / future projects you are engaged with.
