The Welsh Government announced on 13^th November 2012 its support for a Welsh NewBuy, to be known as NewBuy Cymru. However the detailed work required to set up the scheme has yet to be completed. As a first step, HBF is assembling a list of home builders interested in NewBuy Cymru. If you are interested, please complete the contact details on the Pro Forma below. At this early stage this does not represent a commitment. It just means we can keep you informed about progress with NewBuy Cymru. HBF will produce a detailed Guidance Note on the Welsh scheme in due course. In the meantime, you may wish to read the HBF Guidance Note for the English scheme. While all the details will not be the same for Wales, this will give you a pretty good idea of how the scheme will operate. Thank you.
