The HBF Future Talent Group brings together trainees, graduates and apprentices from across the breadth of HBF’s membership as part of an industry-wide goal to invest in the development of the future of home building.

The group meets twice a quarter for networking, career insights, CPD-accredited learning and exclusive industry opportunities.

The Home Builders Federation (HBF) has appointed Andy George as Director of Industry Attraction and Skills. Andy joins HBF from Barratt Redrow, where he held the position of Head of Talent Management. Having worked in the home building industry for almost 20 years, Andy has been responsible for developing multiple critical development frameworks and strategies beyond home building, within both the hospitality and supermarket sectors, accumulating a wealth of experience in key HR and development

Who is it for

The Future Talent Group is for HBF members in their first three years of a career in home building, helping them build the confidence, connections and industry knowledge to succeed. It is designed for trainees, graduates, apprentices and early career professionals working across HBF membership organisations, regardless of role or discipline.
