Women in Home Building

Unconscious Bias - International Women's Day podcast with Helen Moore

This year's theme for International Women’s Day (8th March) is #BreakTheBias. Whether deliberate or unconscious, bias still makes it difficult for women to move ahead. HBF and the Future Talent Network have created a podcast on unconscious bias, with Helen Moore, Group Director of Orbit Homes. We talk to Helen about what unconscious bias is and how we can help to overcome it within the home building industry. Listen to the podcast here.
