Eastern Planning
SCIs set out the ways in which the Local Planning Authority will consult the community and stakeholders, not only on other LDDs, but also on major planning applications. Whilst HBF is not a statutory consultee on policy documents as such PPS12 does advise local authorities to consult the HBF on all planning policy matters related to housing provision. In the main we are considered by most authorities to be important stakeholders so our involvement in SCIs is minimal.
