Note:
Internet Explorer uses need to press enter after [ALT] + Access key
Mac users should press [CONTROL] rather than [ALT]
Opera users should press [SHIFT][ESC] rather than [ALT]
TroubleShooting
Trouble Logging In
- Your HBF login is case sensitive, make sure you are entering them exactly as they are.
- Make sure your browser is accepting cookies from hbf.co.uk, if your browser cannot accept cookies then you will not be able to login to the site. If you are unsure whether your browser accepts cookies you can test your cookie settings by performing a quick and simple test and then find out how to enable cookies.
